2019 ride

AHD’s cyclists ventured to Crater Lake and the Oregon Cascades to ride some 40 miles a day for 6 days, all the while helping raise funds and awareness for AHD. The weather was perfect. The landscape was beautiful, the climbs were hard, the downhills were amusing. We had 24 riders, only 2 flat tires, 3 light spills, and 1 broken chain. The camaraderie was demonstrative of why this organization works. Most notable, however, was the participation of the 93 donors: they contributed $231,000!

Where: Crater Lake & Cascades in Oregon
When: July 14-19, 2019
Miles Cycled: 260 miles
Mountains Climbed:
15,530′
Funds Raised:
$231,597
