2023 ride

2023 marked year twelve for the Andean Health Cyclists! A group of cyclists rode the The Blue Ridge Parkway and the Southern Appalachians in Asheville, North Carolina. Cyclists rode through the mountains of western North Carolina where they saw the highest peak east of the Mississippi, ancient rivers, breathtaking views, waterfalls, and incredibly scenic roads.

Friends of AHD continue to be enthusiastic about the Satellite Community Rides, so we continued with the fun again this year. Cyclists completed their own rides from all over while they raised funds and awareness for Andean Health & Development.

Pictured below are just a few of the cyclists that participated in the 2023 bike ride. Thank you for your generosity and support. The 2023 ride surpassed our goal of $500,000!

Where: The Blue Ridge Parkway
When: September 17 – 22
Miles Cycled: Many!
Mountains Climbed: Many!
Funds Raised:
$528,991
