6:30pm: Meet at the restaurant. It is an 8-minute walk from the hotel. They do not take reservations, but we will try to secure a table for the large group early.

7-Day Riders:
Guests fly into Jackson, Mississippi (Jackson–Evers International Airport – JAN) on Saturday October 1, 2022 to arrive no later than 2:00 PM local time. A shuttle with Lizard Head Cycling Guides from Jackson to Natchez departs at 3:00 PM and arrives just after 5:00 PM in Natchez. The meeting hotel is:

The 7-Day meeting hotel is NOT included in the tour cost and guests are on their own to make reservations there.
The tour ends between 12:00-1:00 PM on Sat., Oct. 8, 2022 at the Northern Terminus of the Natchez Trace Parkway. It will take about 30 minutes to load up bikes and then 45 minutes to shuttle Nashville International Airport. To be safe, book your departure flight after 3:30 or 4pm on Saturday, 10/8, or even the following day out of NASHVILLE. If riders decide to stay overnight in Nashville on Saturday, 10/8, they are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms.

A shuttle with Lizard Head Cycling Guides from Memphis to Tupelo departs at 2:00 PM and arrives around 4:00 PM in Tupelo. The meeting hotel is the Best Western Plus Tupelo. The 3-Day tour meeting hotel is included in the tour cost.

AHD Board Member, Peter Urbain, rode over 150 miles over the last two weeks from Delaware to Michigan.
Jim Dunn completed a Sprint Triathlon today for AHD, which consisted of a swim , a 15.5 mi bike and a 5K run.
Then I had a jelly filled donut! Oh yeah!
Dillon Wintz rode 20 miles on the 16th.
Casey Tubman of Team Kalamari rode 85 miles this past week. Last Saturday he rode on Monte Isola in Lago Iseo – Italy. It’s a ride around island with one big climb on one side and a gradual on the other side. Of course he went for the big climb…twice!
Another 14 miles in Milan, Italy today.
